✅ Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Opened or used bedding items (comforters, mattress protectors, duvets, pillows)
  • Cleaning products or pesticides once opened
  • Fabric dyes that have been opened or used

🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@eastlink.ae within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. Our customer care team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the return process.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Eastlink.ae will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • All items must be shipped back using a trackable courier service.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at info@eastlink.ae. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

📦 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it will follow the regular return process.
